Skiers’ Breakfast Burrito — Beaumont Bakery Favorites

On my Salt Lake City breakfast tour I’m focusing mostly on newer spots, but there are a few places I’ve visited before that still feel fresh to the valley—and Beaumont is one of them. I picked up a breakfast burrito there today and knew it deserved a spot on this list.

I love Beaumont for two main reasons: convenience and freshness. If you spend time playing in the Wasatch—hiking, skiing, or biking—Beaumont is an ideal stop to fuel up before heading into the mountains. I often grab a breakfast burrito on my way up the canyon before a big ski day. The drive-through makes it quick and accessible without sacrificing quality. I’ve had drive-through burritos from many Mexican spots, but sometimes those leave me feeling sluggish from the grease—especially when I’m about to do something physical. Beaumont’s burrito avoids that.

Beaumont’s breakfast burrito is packed with fresh eggs, bacon, avocado, roasted corn, and bell peppers. What really elevates it, though, is the sauce—the creamy tomatillo esc dressing adds a bright, tangy layer that ties the whole burrito together. The right sauce can make all the difference, and this one does the job.

Tucked between 3900 and 4500 South on Wasatch Boulevard, Beaumont offers more than just a great breakfast burrito. They serve solid coffee, fresh pastries, and stand-out dishes like a burrata salad that’s become a favorite for many. The café is consistent—reliable ingredients, well-prepared food, and an inviting atmosphere.

A small heads-up: great food attracts crowds, and Beaumont is no exception. Weekends can get busy, with people lining up and gathering outside. If you only need coffee and a pastry, don’t be intimidated—you can usually grab the essentials quickly or use the drive-through. If you plan to sit down, however, expect a possible wait on weekend mornings. That said, the patio and thoughtfully designed interior make it a pleasant place to linger when you have the time.

I highly recommend Beaumont—whether you’re fueling up for outdoor adventures or just want a reliably delicious breakfast.
