⭐️ For oven chips: 1kg potatoes, 2 tbsp oil, 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp garlic granules.
- Preheat oven to 200°C and cut potatoes into chips (peeling optional).
- Toss with oil, salt and garlic granules and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
