Description
A simple, delicious frozen yogurt bark studded with crushed chocolate cookies and swirls of salty crunchy peanut butter. It’s a refreshing treat that’s easy to customize and perfect for snacking straight from the freezer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- Sweetener of choice, to taste (honey, maple syrup, or sugar)
- A splash of vanilla extract
- Crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (amount as desired)
- Crunchy salted peanut butter, for swirling and topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, stir the yogurt with your chosen sweetener and a splash of vanilla. Taste and adjust the sweetness until you like it. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt evenly, leaving a small border so the layer isn’t too thin.
- Scatter the crushed chocolate cookies over the yogurt, then add spoonfuls of crunchy peanut butter and swirl lightly with a knife so you get ribbons of peanut butter throughout.
- Place the sheet in the freezer and freeze until firm, about 3–4 hours. Once set, break the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
