Description

A simple, delicious frozen yogurt bark studded with crushed chocolate cookies and swirls of salty crunchy peanut butter. It’s a refreshing treat that’s easy to customize and perfect for snacking straight from the freezer.

Ingredients

Scale

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • Sweetener of choice, to taste (honey, maple syrup, or sugar)
  • A splash of vanilla extract
  • Crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (amount as desired)
  • Crunchy salted peanut butter, for swirling and topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, stir the yogurt with your chosen sweetener and a splash of vanilla. Taste and adjust the sweetness until you like it. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt evenly, leaving a small border so the layer isn’t too thin.
  2. Scatter the crushed chocolate cookies over the yogurt, then add spoonfuls of crunchy peanut butter and swirl lightly with a knife so you get ribbons of peanut butter throughout.
  3. Place the sheet in the freezer and freeze until firm, about 3–4 hours. Once set, break the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
