Weekly Workout Plan: 4-Week Schedule for Strength & Cardio

Since quarantine began in March, I’ve been using dumbbells at home much more. I love a challenging dumbbell workout—especially thrusters. If you enjoy pushing yourself, give this one a try and have fun!

Equipment needed: Dumbbells are ideal, but you can substitute a barbell or household items if needed. A filled garden bag or similar weight will work in a pinch.

Modification options: Use lighter weights or remove the weight entirely if you need to scale the workout.
