This sheet pan apple pork chops recipe is easy to make with just a few ingredients and everything cooks together on one pan. It’s a healthy, flavorful family meal that’s simple to prepare. Enjoy!

Always look for a sale…
I found fresh boneless pork chops on sale at my local butcher and decided to try a new recipe. My family hadn’t requested pork in a long time, but these chops looked great and were good value.
A friend shared this sheet pan method with me a few years ago, and it seemed like the perfect time to test it. It turned out to be a hit—easy to prepare and delicious.
Next to the butcher is a specialty produce shop with outstanding fruits and vegetables. It’s a bit pricier, but when they have sales it’s worth buying their high-quality produce. I picked up fresh green beans and sweet potatoes to round out the meal.
My goal was a simple, one-pan dinner that would cook evenly. By cutting the sweet potatoes into cubes, everything finished at the same time—just as intended.
Try different proteins, vegetables, and grains for variety…
The meal came out fantastic and the family loved it. Below is the easy recipe so you can try it at home. Boneless pork chops are a mild, versatile “other” white meat, and the apple pie filling adds a sweet finish that takes the dish over the top.
A definite winner at my house—maybe it will be at yours too!
