Creamy-Gravy Stuffed Turkey Roll-Ups for Holiday Dinner

Mini Thanksgiving Goodness

Stuffed turkey roll ups with gravy

These stuffed turkey roll ups with creamy gravy are an easy one-pan oven dinner—though you will need a second pan to prepare the instant stuffing. They capture all the comforting flavors of Thanksgiving without the long hours in the kitchen.

This recipe relies on simple, affordable ingredients: deli turkey, a can of cream of chicken soup, and two boxes of instant stuffing. A few seasonings and butter transform them into a cozy, satisfying meal.

Seasoned with dried parsley, black pepper, and poultry seasoning, the roll ups taste like they’ve been slow-cooked all day but are ready in about 30 minutes. Below you’ll find helpful tips followed by the full printable recipe card.

Choose Your Turkey Wisely

I bought everything for this recipe at Aldi for about twelve dollars, including pre-sliced oven-roasted turkey from the deli. Choose slices that are not too thin so they hold the stuffing when rolled.

If you prefer more turkey in each roll, simply double up the slices before adding the stuffing. Avoid overly processed deli meat in small packages for the best texture and flavor.

Instant Stuffing for the Win

To keep this dish quick and budget-friendly, I used two boxes of instant turkey-flavored stuffing. It gives great flavor with minimal effort. If you prefer homemade stuffing, you can swap it in, but the instant mix keeps cleanup and prep simple.

Simple Creamy Gravy

The gravy is made from a can of cream of chicken soup, milk, and a few seasonings. Whisk together the soup, milk, dried parsley, black pepper, and poultry seasoning for a smooth, creamy sauce that bakes over the rolls.

Want more gravy? Use two cans of soup and increase the milk to about 1.5 cans for a thicker yield. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.

Stuffed Turkey Roll Ups With Creamy Gravy

This dish delivers classic Thanksgiving flavors with minimal effort. Using instant stuffing, deli turkey, and cream of chicken soup keeps the recipe budget-friendly and fast while still comforting and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes instant turkey stuffing, prepared according to package directions (include the butter called for)
  • 1 lb (about 12–15 slices) turkey deli meat
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 10.5 ounces milk
  • Dried parsley, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Poultry seasoning, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the boxed stuffing according to package directions and let it cool slightly.
  2. Remove turkey slices from the package and lay them out on a flat surface; work in batches if needed.
  3. Place about 2–3 tablespoons of prepared stuffing at the end of each turkey slice. Tuck and roll the slice around the stuffing. Reserve about 1 to 1.5 cups of stuffing for topping.
  4. Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray and arrange the turkey rolls fairly close together.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the can of soup, milk, dried parsley (about 1 tablespoon), poultry seasoning (about 1/2 tablespoon), and a few shakes of black pepper until smooth. Pour the mixture evenly over the turkey rolls.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved stuffing loosely over the top of the dish; it can be crumbled rather than tightly packed.
  7. Dot the top with the 4 tablespoons of butter and add a light sprinkle of additional seasonings.
  8. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–40 minutes, until the gravy bubbles and the top is golden and slightly crispy.
  9. Serve hot with creamy mashed potatoes and spoon the pan gravy over the rolls.
