Looking for a delicious and healthy dessert the whole family will love? Try this gluten-free, no-bake Chocolate Fruit Pizza.

Healthy and dessert rarely appear together, but with a bit of creativity you can serve an after-dinner treat that’s both tasty and nutritious.
My No-Bake Chocolate Fruit Pizza fits the bill: simple to make, no oven required, and adaptable for dietary needs.
It’s packed with protein, fiber and healthy fats. The recipe is gluten- and grain-free, and can be made dairy-free, so it works well for families managing intolerances or allergies.

The base combines almonds, dates and coconut oil, delivering protein, fibre, vitamin E, potassium and medium-chain triglycerides — the good fatty acids. Unsweetened cocoa powder adds a rich chocolate note; you can substitute raw cacao, but you may need less.
Everything is blitzed in a food processor, pressed into a springform tin or tart dish, then chilled in the fridge or freezer to set.

The filling is quick and creamy: cream cheese combined with Greek yogurt, a splash of vanilla and some orange zest for brightness. Top the pizza with whatever fruit is in season — strawberries, kiwi, clementines, berries or a mix make a colorful, fresh topping.
For a dairy-free version, swap the cream cheese and Greek yogurt for whipped coconut cream.
This recipe is a great one to make with kids. Let them pick and arrange the fruit; they love getting hands-on and it’s an easy way to encourage interest in healthy food.
Fun fact: this recipe won “Best Kids Recipe” at the Pinterest UK Food Awards.
